Many organizations around Fountain Valley and Huntington Beach are teaming up with Magnolia Car Wash to raise fund for their non‐profit organizations.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

At Magnolia Car Wash we have two different programs for helping your organizations reach your fundraising goals.

  1. One is vouchers (or wash books) that you sell and a portion of the proceeds go to your organization. You will have two selling periods per year in which to sell these wash books. The selling period is defined as four weeks and must each be six months apart.
  2. The second requires no sale or money transactions involving your club or personnel. This second program has no limit of how much money your organization can make and could be all year round. For more details contact Bryan at Magnolia Car Wash.

Magnolia Car Wash will take care of all costs associated with printing vouchers (or wash books) and posting information on the web. We also reserve the right to refuse to work with certain organizations.

YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING

A Valid California Driver’s License

Credit card, not debit card, that will be charged in the event that you fail to return the money and or wash books due back to Magnolia Car Wash

Non-Profit status with Tax ID Numbers

Letter from your organization authorizing the fundraising and signed by and authorized by a personnel 21 years or older

Contact information for responsible parties such as email, cell phone and/or office numbers as well as an address
